Lexus of Bellevue VIP PROGRAM

In an effort to maximize our VIP perks for loyal Lexus of Bellevue purchasing customers we are formalizing the program. This will streamline the program for VIP's and control the misuse of non qualified vehicles that take away from Lexus of Bellevue VIP customer's use of the program.

VIP BENEFITS

  • Courtesy car washed on demand 6 days a week from 12noon - 3:00pm. No limit. Vehicles in for service will always take priority. Wait times subject to availability.
  • Courtesy tire repair (repairable tires only)
  • Courtesy key batteries and programming (replacement key purchase or smart key batteries not included)
  • Courtesy tube of touch up paint
  • Courtesy wiper blade insert installation (blades must be purchased)
  • Courtesy taillight, bulbs and installation (does not include headlights or instrument clusters)
  • Courtesy programming of personalized settings
  • Courtesy Bluetooth programming
Lexus of Bellevue reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel these service and courtesies at anytime without notice. This VIP program will not be considered as part of any purchase contract

TERMS OF VIP DESIGNATION

  1. New or Certified Pre-Owned Lexus purchased at Lexus of Bellevue only. The only two exceptions are new residents that recently moved in from out of state and service at LOB or Lexus of Tacoma customers specifically that live in Tacoma but work on the Eastside.

     
  2. Number 1 above applies and the car is regularly serviced at Lexus of Bellevue. (vehicles serviced elsewhere are not qualified)

     
  3. Vehicles purchased at Lexus of Seattle, Portland or Tacoma will not be given VIP status. (except Lexus of Tacoma as noted in #1 above)

     
  4. VIP sticker must be prominently displayed on the windshield and registered in our system.

     
  5. Only valid for original purchaser. VIP status valid for 1 year at a time and can be revoked if the above conditions are not met. VIP sticker is solely the property of Lexus of Bellevue.

     
  6. Effective June 5th 2008 you and your Lexus must be registered in the program to receive any of the VIP courtesies.

     
  7. Lexus of Bellevue will not be held responsible for any or car wash damage.
