Shuttle Service
If your home or office is in Bellevue, or you have some shopping to do at the mall, just let your service advisor know you would like a ride. We will drop you off and pick you up again when your Lexus is ready.
Loaner Cars
If your car is being serviced and requires over two hours of shop time, we will provide you with a complimentary loaner car for the day - you just buy the gas. If your service doesn't qualify for a free car, we will gladly rent you a car. In both cases, advance reservations are required.
Waiting Area
Our spacious waiting area is equipped with comfortable lounge chairs around a big screen television. We now have Complimentary High Speed Wireless Internet Access in our Customer Lounge. Enjoy a Latte and pastry on the house while you fire up your laptop and catch up on your email.
Wash and Vacuum
Our full oil change service include a full hand wash and vacuum of your Lexus. Any service above an oil change also gets a wash and vacuum. If you are in a hurry, we have a mini service also available.
Detail Shop
Does your Lexus need to be freshened up? We have a full-service detail shop for complete exterior and interior details. Just call our service department for prices, specials, and to schedule.

CSI Department
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. We have a specific department responsible for customer satisfaction issues. Their job is to follow up on sales and service transactions, and to facilitate solutions to any satisfaction issues. They will make sure that the appropriate department manager is aware of and handles your problem. We also love to hear from our customers on the things our people do exceptionally well. The CSI department reports directly to our General Manager, so you can be assured that your feedback to us is getting the attention it deserves.
